This adjustable stems are a useful way of tweaking your handlebar height and reach, particularly for touring where you spend long hours in the saddle.


1. There is a top cap and a bolt that you will need to remove.	2. Remove the stem from the bike.	3. Fit the stem to bike and set it up to your liking.	4. To put the top cap back into place and screw the bolt back.

NOTE: PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR SIZE BEFORE YOUR PURCHASE. 90, 110 130 and 145mm are not the total long of the stem.
