- Zipper Maintenance:
- To ensure better cooling performance, we use airtight zipper which may be a little tight when you first use. You can apply the lubricant and the effect will be better.
- Ice To Food Ratio:
- Please reserve at least a 1:1 ice to food ratio, better 3:2, and stagger ice to chilling everything.
- How to Clean Soft Backpack Cooler:
- Clean with soapy water and dry thoroughly. Do not use any chemical cleaner. In particular, it may smell a little bit when the first time you receive the soft cooler. This is normal and it will disappear after washing and standing for a period of time.
- Storage:
- Please wipe off dirt and place in a cool well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight.
