Rockland ebike rack is designed for universal compatibility with most ebike models available on the market.

This rack can support up to 100 LBS capacity, up to 5" wide tire width, and a maximum wheelbase 50".
Can this rack be tilted down or folded up?

No. For this ebike rack, it does not have the tilting or folding function. Sry for that.
Will this ebike rack fit behind my vehicle (e.g. Jeep Wrangler) with the spare tire on the back?

Rockland currently offers all kinds of bike racks but it doesn't include a space for a spare tire.

However, you can add this functionality by using a hitch receiver extender. Plz do NOTE that the load capacity will decrease when using the extender.
Does this ebike rack work with step through e-bike?

Rockland rack is designed to accommodate both step-over and step-through bikes.

For step-through bikes, the upper fastening point can be attached to the rack beneath the seat, rather than relying on a middle bar.
