🛠️ Falcon 2 Sport & Premium Assembly – Full Step Guide
📦 What’s in the box?
- Allen wrenches (various sizes)
- Pliers
- Charger + adapter
- Phone holder
- Front headlight + brackets + screws + rubber pieces
- Mudguard
- Pedals (WR + WL)
- Keys for batteries
🔧 Extra tool needed:
- 15mm wrench (for front wheel)
🚴 Step 1: Front Wheel
- 🛑 Remove plastic protectors from both sides of the rim.
- 🛑 Take out the plastic spacer between brake pads.
- ⚙️ Align the disc rotor carefully into brake pads.
- 🔩 Slide the wheel into the front suspension fork.
- 🔒 Add the locking bracket at the bottom.
- 🔧 Tighten both sides with a 15mm wrench.
🌧️ Step 2: Front Mudguard
- 🔎 Find the mounting hole just above the wheel.
- 🛠️ Place the mudguard into position.
- 🔧 Use Allen wrench + pliers to secure it.
💡 Step 3: Headlight
- 📦 Gather: 2 brackets + 2 bolts + 2 rubber pieces.
- 🛡️ Place rubber between fork + brackets.
- ➡️ Position long bracket in front, small bracket behind.
- 🔩 Tighten so long bracket sticks out forward.
- 🎯 Align end hole with headlight slot (bend if needed).
- 🔧 Tighten with Allen wrench + pliers.
🏁 Step 4: Handlebar
- 🔩 Loosen 4 screws on the top clamp.
- 🏗️ Place handlebar on top of the suspension fork.
- 📐 Align it straight.
- 🔧 Re-tighten screws evenly with Allen wrench.
📊 Step 5: Display Setup
- 🔎 Adjust display angle to your preference.
- ⚙️ Enter settings → switch km → miles.

🔄 Step 6: Pedals

👀 Check markings:
- WR = Right pedal → right side
- WL = Left pedal → left side
- 🔧 Screw in and tighten securely.
📱 Step 7: Phone Holder
- 🖇️ Mount phone holder on the handlebar.
- 🔧 Tighten with Allen wrench.
🔋 Step 8: Batteries & Charging
- 📌 Front battery = single-prong charging port.
- 📌 Rear battery = three-prong charging port.

🔦 On rear battery bottom:
- Switch 1 = power ON/OFF
- Switch 2 = brake light (keep ON 🚦).

🔋 Battery options:
- Use front only
- Use rear only
- Use both (they discharge together).

is the throttle on the left hand side?
I've had the bike since October 2022. Tripper personally delivered it to me. I ride it weekly. Running great, very sturdy, plenty of power, and Long lasting batt. Still in like new shape. My wife and I go everywhere. We go out to Traders, shopping at our our outdoor mall, and lunch at a bar and grill. I use to feel cooped up in the house. I have health and mobility issues, I cant walk much, im 270 lbs. I needed the Tripper 500 lb max wieght, no one else has that rating. The Tripper takes me all over town . I take neighborhood watch type rides in my community. The best money I've spent.
Easy to assemble. Great looking bike. Lots of power. Pleasant ride for single or both wife and I. Would have loved for it to fold but can't have everything. Extremely happy with it. Well worth the money. Highly recommend it.
Just took delivery of my Tripper Falcon II. I am so stoked and just floored with the build and quality. I'm 270 lbs, with mobility issues. I've been wanting and researching Ebikes for a year. I finally test drove a couple. I can't plant my feet when sitting on a 26 or 24 inch frame. I visited a Ebike rental place and got on some bikes my mobility issues were evident on the 24 and 26 inch frames. Than I sat on the Tripper Falcon II. A 2 Seater rated at 500 lbs. A 750 watt motor which peaks at 1,000 watts. With a large 17.5 AH battery. Sat flat footed on the plush seat, for 10 minutes. I started communicating with Tripper on FB Messenger. They answered all my questions. Gave me a great deal. Free personal delivery to my house. All assembled with some extra goodies. I used Klarna, for financing. I was able to climb my hill throttle only. With pedal assist, ran up the hill like a champ. They cover it for a 2 year warrenty, local service available. I'm extremely happy and looking forward to rides with my wife.
